By completing this transaction, you agree to sponsor the 2026 Danville That's What She Said show at the Bronze level. The show will be held at John and Kay Shaner Theater on October 3rd, 2026. The time and location of this show are determined by the local producers of the That's What She Said show and may be subject to change if required.

The She Said Foundation has obtained a limited license to produce That's What She Said in partnership with The She Said Project. The She Said Foundation retains the right to select speakers, control all show content, and manage all aspects of the show.

Sponsor shall not market from the stage and shall not have control over the Producer regarding speaker selection or content. Sponsor understands that the Producer is bound by all terms and conditions of The She Said Project and The She Said Foundation.

Sponsor agrees that this event is a welcoming space for all women and supporters. Sponsor shall not engage in any conduct, branding, or messaging that contradicts the inclusive mission of The She Said Foundation or the She Said Project.

Sponsorship payments are non-refundable. In the event a show must be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the Producer's control, the She Said Foundation will work with Sponsor to apply the contribution to a future event.

The She Said Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Your sponsorship contribution may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. A written acknowledgment will be provided for your contribution of $250 or more, as required by IRS regulations. This notice does not constitute legal or tax advice.
